This building intended for rental was built on a narrow plot which allows the development of an important facade on a major street. Its organization is classic of downtown buildings: shops on the ground floor, offices on the middle floors and top-level housing.
Its curved glass facade contrasts with the typology of the existing habitat. The stone cladding ennoble the building and the marking of the entrance by the sunshade covered with '' Metéon '' monumentalizes the access. The treatment of the entrance hall is softer (wood / plaster / indirect light) in order to restore warmth and personalize the offices.
